The
Pause
A daily weekday drop-in meditation for anyone who wants to reconnect with presence, clarity, compassion and a sense of inner refuge.
No performance.
No pressure.
No need to have it all together.
A shared moment to arrive, practice and remember what else is possible.
A quiet place to return to.
The Pause is shaped by three elements: a clear intention, a simple rhythm and an open invitation.
Our intention
In a world full of uncertainty and rapid change — a world that can feel loud, fast and heavy — we offer this space as a quiet refuge and connection.
Through guided meditation, breath awareness, silence and simple contemplative practices, we want to cultivate more presence, calm, kindness, compassion, joy and inner steadiness — in ourselves and in the world around us.
What to expect
From Monday to Thursday, we keep it simple:
Arrive.
Meditate.
Leave quietly.
On Fridays, the meditation is followed by an optional space for those who would like to stay longer — with a short input, reflection, Q&A and the possibility to connect with others in small groups across the globe.
Who is invited?
Everyone who wants a low-threshold way to reconnect with themselves — and be part of a collective field of practice.
You do not need to belong to a specific tradition. You just need to come, exactly as you are.
This is for everyone who feels called to pause — experienced meditators and beginners alike.
You are always free to simply come for the meditation and leave when it feels right.

We are a group of women whose professional paths have crossed and who have stayed connected.
We share a love for meditation, presence and inner work. Together, we offer this as a simple contribution to more consciousness, kindness and compassion in the world.
